Gottfried’s presentation, which will take place on Wednesday, May 20, is titled “The Impacts of the OBBBA’s Domestic Tax Provisions,” and will cover bonus depreciation, R&D expense, and business interest expense, as well as OBBA’s impact on deals, supply chains, transfer pricing structures and tax valuation.

Marsac’s presentation, “The Impact of the OBBBA’s International Tax Provisions,” will look at NCTI, FDDEI and BEAT Reforms, CFC Refinements and Foreign Tax Credit Rules and the OECD’s Pillar Two “Side-by-Side” Agreement, supply chains, transfer pricing structures and tax valuations. Her presentation will take place on Thursday, May 21.
