Damien Halpern

Damien Halpern is a part of the portfolio valuation group and specializes in the valuations of complex and structured investments, including privately-held debt, asset backed financing arrangements, CLO/ABS debt and equity, and business enterprises for tax and financial reporting purposes.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Halpern served as an equity analyst at Botticelli Capital Partners, where he covered publicly traded securities in the materials and industrials sector.

Mr. Halpern is a CFA charterholder. He earned his B.S. in applied physics from SUNY at Geneseo and his M.S. in finance from CUNY at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
