Xavier Love

Mr. Love specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations (ASC 805 and IFRS 3), impairment analyses (ASC 350 and IAS 36), intellectual property valuations, contingent consideration valuations, and the valuation of equity (IRC 409A and ASC 718) for financial and tax reporting purposes.

Prior to VRC, Mr. Love was a senior analyst at Integra LifeSciences, where he was responsible for P&L development, forecasting, and assisting the organization in achieving financial targets.

Mr. Love holds a bachelor of science in business administration, with a concentration in financial analysis, from the University at Albany, where he graduated summa cum laude.
