Mr. Greenfield is a member of the portfolio valuation group. He performs valuation analyses for institutional clients including hedge funds, private equity firms, and business development companies. He assesses private securities across the entire capital structure including bank loans, high-yield and mezzanine debt, preferred and common equity, and warrants.

Mr. Greenfield is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds a B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
