Ms. Pawluk specializes valuation of business enterprises, equity, and intangible assets, for various purposes such as financial reporting, tax reporting and litigation support. Ms. Pawluk has significant experience in the retail, consumer, and hospitality industry sectors.
Prior to VRC, she held positions at Deloitte and Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting where she valued business enterprises and intangible assets (brands, trade names, contracts, licensing agreements), for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting (ASC 805 purchase price allocation, ASC 350 impairment testing), international tax planning, tax reporting, and litigation support.
Ms. Pawluk received her MBA and bachelor’s degrees from Georgetown University – The Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business. In addition, she holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA).
