Ms. Tanner specializes in valuations for business combinations (ASC 805) and impairment testing (ASC 350) across multiple industry sectors. She also has expertise valuing business enterprises for other financial reporting and tax purposes, including employee equity compensation (ASC 718 / §409A).

Prior to VRC, Ms. Tanner was senior associate at Duff & Phelps where she performed valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes to value business entities, intangible assets, preferred stock, and common stock.

Ms. Tanner received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University – Marriot School of Management.
