Seth Eatman

Seth Eatman has been working in the valuation of commercial and industrial real estate since 2011. He specializes in valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting, insurance, estate planning, financing, and internal planning purposes. Mr. Eatman values various types and property interests on both a national and international level and he has valued real property in all major markets throughout the United States, as well as many markets throughout Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and parts of Asia. In addition to specializing in the valuation of user-based industrial real property, Mr. Eatman also has significant experience in valuing investment properties including retail, office, apartments, and mixed-use developments. He has additional experience in special use properties including funeral homes, gas stations, supermarkets, and health care facilities.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Eatman held the position of staff appraiser at Lauenstein and Associates.

Mr. Eatman received his bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation.
