Scott Crockett

Mr. Crockett is focused on serving private equity clients using our comprehensive strategy designed to meet fund and portfolio company valuation needs throughout the investment lifecycle. This strategy encompasses providing valuation services and financial opinions for fund portfolio valuation marks, platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, earn-outs, rollover equity, incentive equity awards, dividend recapitalizations, impairment testing, cross-fund transactions, tax/legal entity structures as well as other needs that may arise during the fund life cycle or portfolio company investment holding period.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Crockett held positions at Pacific Crest Securities in Portland and Beneficial Life.

Mr. Crockett holds the designations of both chartered financial analyst (CFA) and accredited senior appraiser (ASA). He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University – Marriott School of Management.
