Saloni Bhatt

Ms. Bhatt specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations (ASC 805 and IFRS 3), impairment analyses (ASC 350 and IAS 36), intellectual property valuations, contingent consideration valuations, and the valuation of equity (IRC 409A and ASC 718) for financial and tax reporting purposes. Ms. Bhatt has served privately-held clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, utilities, retail and consumer products, and financial services.

Prior to VRC, she was a valuation associate at Grant Thornton US SSC, where she performed purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and portfolio valuations. She was also a financial analyst at Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Pvt. Ltd.

Ms. Bhatt received her M.B.A. in finance from T.A. Pai Management Institute and B.Com. from H L Institute of Commerce, both in India.
