Ryan MacLean

Mr. MacLean is a part of the portfolio valuation group specializing in valuations of privately-held debt securities, equity securities, CLO equity securities, and business enterprises for tax and financial reporting purposes.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. MacLean was a research analyst with The Killen Group in Berwyn, PA, where he was responsible for identifying investment candidates as well as reviewing portfolio holdings on a quarterly basis against expectations and valuation changes. Mr. MacLean also served as an equity research analyst with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, in Philadelphia.

Mr. MacLean holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In addition, he earned a master’s of business administration degree with a concentration in accounting, corporate finance and investments, from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in management science and information systems from The Pennsylvania State University.
