Mr. Ghose specializes in solvency and fairness opinions. Mr. Ghose has helped provide opinions in multiple industries such as retail, technology, software, healthcare, mining, restaurants, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Ghose was a credit analyst at Standard & Poor’s. During his eight-year tenure with Standard & Poor’s, Mr. Ghose covered credits in various corporate industries including midstream energy, consumer products, healthcare as well as residential mortgage-backed securities in the structured finance division.
Mr. Ghose holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia University’s Columbia Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in quantitative finance, with minors in mathematics and economics, from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Mr. Ghose was a 2018 recipient of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA)’s 40 Under Forty Recognition Award, which celebrates the top forty selected nominees that exemplify the brightest emerging leaders in their professions.
