Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Vaidya was a senior consultant at Deloitte where he performed valuation services for a wide variety of purposes. He previously worked at Aranca and 5 Catalyst focusing on investment research.

Mr. Vaidya holds a Master of Management Studies in finance and a B.S. in statistics from the University of Mumbai, India.
