Robert Cheloc is part of the portfolio valuation group, specializing in business enterprise and securities valuation for private equity funds, private credit funds, interval funds, and business development companies for tax and financial reporting purposes.  He has performed valuations of securities across the entire capital structure, including senior and subordinated debt and complex, multi-class equity structures.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Cheloc was a registered broker at Merrill Lynch, specializing in stock options transactions across client portfolios, and also worked as a financial analyst at a sell-side M&A advisory firm.

Mr. Cheloc holds a bachelor of science in economics and a master of science in finance from Villanova University.
