Rebecca Layman

Ms. Layman specializes in complex financial instrument and financial reporting valuations with deep expertise across fair value measurements, purchase price allocations, stock-based compensation, and impairment testing.

Prior to VRC, she was a manager in financial consulting, valuation services and complex financial instruments at RSM US LLP. She also began her career in assurance with EY.

Ms. Layman earned her M.B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University – Mays Business School and B.S. in accounting from Purdue University.
