Prasheel Misra is part of the portfolio valuation group specializing in valuation and modeling of complex financial instruments, including privately held debt, private equity investments, CLO debt and equity, and other structured credit products.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Misra led Houlihan Lokey’s CLO valuation practice. He previously served as a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Risk Management practice and held roles within the CLO structuring teams at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

Mr. Misra earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from India and a Master of Science in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
