Mr. Gregorcy has over 35 years of experience in global tax management with significant leadership in tax strategy, planning, and compliance.

He held key leadership roles in various Fortune 500 multinational corporations, including Bunge, Mondelēz International, and Kraft Foods. Mr. Gregorcy has led large corporate tax departments driving tax strategies in over 100 countries. His experience includes multi-billion acquisitions (Cadbury, Nabisco, LU, etc.) including the post-acquisition integrations of these businesses. He also has experience leading public tax-free spin-off transactions (Kraft spin off from Altria, Kraft Foods Group spin off from Mondelez, and the Reverse Morris Trust spin of the Post cereals business). He has managed complex tax operations and business models, including Bunge’s move of their corporate domicile from Bermuda to Switzerland. His expertise spans both income and non-income taxes, focusing on maximizing value while minimizing risk. He also has experience in protecting and defending the company’s tax positions on tax audits in many jurisdictions as well as influencing tax legislative matters in the U.S. and worldwide.

Mr. Gregorcy holds a JD from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rockford College.
