Paul Bourke

Mr. Bourke is a senior member of VRC’s Portfolio Valuation Group, bringing more than 15 years of specialized experience in the valuation of portfolios of illiquid and hard-to-value securities. His expertise spans privately held credit and equity securities, derivatives, and structured products. He works closely with private credit funds, private equity funds, interval funds, and Business Development Companies (BDCs) to deliver rigorous, independent valuations.

Before joining VRC, Mr. Bourke spent over a decade in the finance industry, including roles at a buy-side asset management firm and as a financial analyst with a financial advisory and turnaround consulting firm.

He holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Fordham Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from La Salle University.
