Neil Kelly

Vice Chairman of VRC, Neil Kelly, has over 35 years of financial and valuation advisory experience, which includes providing solvency, fairness, and capital surplus opinions and considerable experience in conducting business valuations, purchase price allocations, and appraisals of intangible assets. Through his commitment to both the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of The Oluv C. Joynor Foundation, a private charitable organization, Mr. Kelly demonstrates his belief in the importance of giving back.

Mr. Kelly brings deep valuation expertise to the investment banking and private equity communities. He has brought that depth of knowledge to such well-known firms as Aurora Capital, Blackstone Capital, The Carlyle Group, Castle Harlan, Goldman Sachs, Kohlberg and Company, Prospect Hill Growth Partners, SK Capital, and Sun Capital Partners. Mr. Kelly has focused on the telecommunications industry throughout his storied valuation career. He works with notable telecom organizations Andean Telecom Partners, Global Tower Partners, Centennial Communications, DataBank, Digital Bridge, ExteNet, SpectraSite (now part of American Tower), Focal Communications (now part of Corvis Communications), and PSINet.

He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA), earned his MBA with a concentration in finance from Drexel University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from James Madison University.
