Molly Shepard

Ms. Shepard specializes in valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including fair value measurement, allocation of purchase price, impairment testing, stock-based compensation, deferred compensation, worthless stock, restructuring/reorganizations, FIRPTA, and tax purchase price allocations. She has experience valuing companies in multiple industries, including industrial products, technology, telecommunications, retail and consumer, restaurants, and healthcare. Ms. Shepard has valued companies in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia from both U.S. GAAP and IFRS perspectives. She has assisted clients with financial reporting and tax valuations for deals ranging from $10 million to $100 billion.

Prior to joining VRC, Ms. Shepard worked for both the Deals and Transformation practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing financial and tax reporting valuations, value consulting and modeling services, and sustainable supply chain consulting.

Ms. Shepard holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Master’s of Accountancy from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
