Matthew Colligan

Mr. Colligan is part of the portfolio valuation group specializing in valuations of privately-held debt securities, equity securities, and business enterprises for tax and financial reporting purposes.

Prior to VRC, he was a senior analyst at Analysis Group where he provided business valuation consulting services for shareholder disputes and economic damages.

Mr. Colligan received his bachelor’s degree from University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School. In addition, Mr. Colligan holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
