Kevin Hagemeier

Mr. Hagemeier has significant experience with public and private corporate needs including transactional consulting. He specializes in valuation engagements including intangible assets for business combinations, impairment testing, tax restructuring, tax planning and stock options.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Hagemeier held the position of director at Duff & Phelps, LLC. Prior to Duff & Phelps, he held positions at Bucyrus International, Inc., Harnischfeger Corporation, and Nicolet Biomedical Inc.

Mr. Hagemeier holds the designation of accredited senior appraiser (ASA). He earned a master of business administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in finance from Marquette University. He also earned a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree majoring in production and operations management with an emphasis in accounting from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
