Kadry Gharraph

Mr. Gharraph has over two decades of global experience specializing in business and intellectual property valuation, as well as advanced financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. His expertise spans valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax purposes, helping clients navigate through complex transactions and regulatory requirements. He has advised organizations across diverse industries, including life sciences, consumer and industrial products, energy, and specialty chemicals.

Prior to joining VRC, he served as director at HKA Global’s Dallas office. Previously, he held managing director and senior manager roles at FTI Consulting and Deloitte.

Mr. Gharraph earned his bachelor’s degree from Kuwait University. He holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification by the AICPA.
