Joseph Sisson

Mr. Sisson is part of the portfolio valuation group specializing in valuations of privately-held debt securities, equity securities, and business enterprises for tax and financial reporting purposes. Mr. Sisson serves as a subject matter expert in the field of real estate.

Prior to VRC, he was a director in the Global Real Estate team at Chatham Financial, a director in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps, and an associate director at Integra Realty Resources.

Mr. Sisson received his bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Pennsylvania State University. In addition, he holds the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation.
