Joe Lee

Mr. Lee specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and impairment analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to VRC, Mr. Lee held senior associate positions at Duff and Phelps, LLC, Pathstone Family Office, and Deloitte Tax LLP.

He earned a master of science degree in finance from Vanderbilt University, Owen Graduate School of Management as well as master of science and bachelor of science degrees in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Lee holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in WA.
