Jeffrey Miller

Jeffrey Miller is a managing director for private equity client relationships and business development in the New York office.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Miller served as vice president of sales at Merrill Corporation, where he directed sales of financial communications, content management, and litigation support services. He also held positions with Bowne & Co. in New York and Pester Pac Automation USA.

Mr. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and spearhead’s VRC’s sponsorship of New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN), leading VRC’s relationships with over 50 private equity and asset management firms. Jeff was a 2014 recipient of M&A Advisor’s 40 Under 40 Recognition Award, which celebrates the achievements of young M&A, finance and turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community.
