Jack Lyness

Jack Lyness is responsible for business development in the Atlanta office. He works with private equity firms and companies, assisting them with their financial reporting and tax valuation needs.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Lyness worked in commercial real estate, focusing on debt originations and capital markets. He was a senior associate for Lima One Capital responsible for managing institutional client relationships and helped produce over $250mm in loan originations. He also held a senior associate position with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance in Atlanta. Mr. Lyness started his career by gaining foundational underwriting experience with senior analyst positions at Situs and Armada Analytics in Atlanta and Greenville, South Carolina.

Mr. Lyness holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina – Moore School of Business.
