Huan Shu

Ms. Shu specializes in complex securities valuation for financial reporting and tax purposes. She has extensive valuation expertise in complex financial instruments, including 409A valuation, capital structure analysis, stock based compensation, equity and fixed income derivatives, convertible debt and structured products.

Prior to joining VRC, Ms. Shu was a senior manager at NetEase Games and vice president at Duff and Phelps where she gained experience in valuing complex financial instruments.

Ms. Shu earned her M.A. in mathematical finance from Boston University, master’s of engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, and bachelor’s in engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Nanjing, China.
