Helen Tan specializes in the valuation of business enterprises and interests, as well as intangible assets for purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment studies.

Prior to joining VRC, Ms. Tan was a manager with Cohn Reznick Advisory, LLC and a Valuation Advisory Analyst with Stout Risius Ross, LLC, where she advised clients on a variety of valuation matters supporting gift and estate, financial reporting, and strategic transactions.

Ms. Tan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with concentrations in finance and corporate strategy.
