Evan Lewis

Mr. Lewis has extensive experience providing valuation services to private equity firms and privately held companies. He specializes in fairness and solvency opinions, complex security analysis, and valuations for 409A and financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocations, stock compensation, and goodwill impairment.

Prior to VRC, he was a managing director at Intrinsic LLC, where he performed hundreds of valuation analyses for private equity-backed companies. Further, he worked with Mount Yale Capital Group (acquired by Elevation Point, LLC), a global portfolio design and asset management firm.

Mr. Lewis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He earned his B.S.B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
