David Shadlock

Mr. Shadlock specializes in valuation of private credit and private equity securities. He has significant experience with BDC portfolio valuation, quantification of damages, and complex debt and equity instruments.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Shadlock served as Vice President at Golub Capital Canada Ltd., where he led valuations in the software vertical and oversaw the valuation of private credit and private equity assets. Mr. Shadlock has also worked with Cohen Hamilton Steger & Co., providing damages analyses for litigation matters, and with Ernst & Young in the Business Valuations and Audit practices.

Mr. Shadlock holds a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trent University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
