Dan Peterson

Dan Peterson is responsible for business development in the Milwaukee office. He regularly works with public and private companies and private equity firms, assisting them with their financial reporting and tax valuation needs. He also works with hedge funds and credit funds, helping value their illiquid or hard-to-value assets. Also, Mr. Peterson supports the global valuation services of VRC’s affiliate network, Valuation Research Group (VRG). He maintains relationships with the other firms within the group and assists in managing international engagements.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Peterson was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Waukesha, WI. He also practiced as an attorney with Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, s.c. in Milwaukee.

Mr. Peterson holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accountancy from the University of Illinois. In addition, he holds a juris doctor degree from Marquette University Law School. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar.
