Dan Di Tomaso

Dan Di Tomaso specializes in business enterprise and securities valuations. He also has experience working on solvency and fairness opinions.

Prior to VRC, Mr. Di Tomaso was a valuations senior associate at Grant Thornton LLP where he performed business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and joint venture analyses.

He earned his B.S.B.A. in finance from California Polytechnic State University. In addition, he holds the designation of accredited senior appraiser (ASA) issued by the American Society of Appraisers.
