Dan Brodzik

Dan Brodzik has over 10 years of experience in the valuation of commercial and industrial real estate for financial reporting, tax reporting, insurance, and internal planning purposes, particularly in the valuation of multi-location portfolios and lease analyses. Mr. Brodzik values various property types and property interests on both a national and international level and he has valued real property in all major markets throughout the United States, as well as many markets throughout Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia. Mr. Brodzik specializes in the valuation of leasehold interests and user-based, industrial real property, associated with purchase price allocations. Mr. Brodzik has significant experience valuing leasehold interests in all types of commercial and industrial properties including retail ranging from neighborhood centers to super-regional malls, small single-tenant offices to large office towers, and single-tenant industrial to large multi-tenant industrial facilities. Additionally, he has experience in valuing retail and various commercial sectors including fast food, restaurants, fitness centers, auto repair, supermarkets, dental clinics, funeral homes, and more.

Mr. Brodzik received his bachelor of business administration degree, double majoring in real estate and urban land economics and finance, investment, and banking, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation.
