Connor Barrett

Mr. Barrett specializes in real property valuation for allocation of purchase price, impairment, fresh start accounting, and tax purpose for domestic and international clients. He values various property types and property interests and has valued real property in the major markets throughout the United States, as well as many markets throughout Canada, Mexico, Europe, and parts of Asia. Mr. Barrett specializes in the valuation of leasehold interests and user-based, real property, associated with purchase price allocations. He has significant experience valuing multifamily, industrial, and hospitality & gaming type properties.

Prior to VRC, Mr. Barrett held positions with KPMG and Palmetto Commercial Properties.

Mr. Barrett received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in commercial real estate from the College of Charleston.
