Conner Bianchini

Mr. Bianchini provides valuation advisory services with experience across real estate and other tangible assets, supporting financial reporting, tax compliance, and transactional needs.

Prior to joining VRC, he served as a manager in the Tangible Assets group at CFGI, where he led valuation engagements for machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, leasehold interests, and purchase price allocations. Earlier, he was a senior associate at Ernst & Young in the Real Estate Strategy & Transactions group, supporting large-scale real estate valuations, purchase price allocations, and transaction due diligence. Conner began his career at Marshall & Stevens, where he gained foundational experience in real estate appraisal, financial modeling, and report preparation.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University.
