Chris Coleman

Mr. Coleman specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, and impairment analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes. He has extensive experience in most technology sectors including the semiconductor, software, software-as-a-service, memory/storage, and electronic equipment industries.

Prior to VRC, Mr. Coleman held several positions at Duff and Phelps. Most recently as Director, he primarily managed a variety of valuation engagements for publicly-traded technology companies.

He earned a bachelor’s of science in management with a concentration in finance from Boston College – Wallace E. Carroll School of Management where he graduated magna cum laude. He also holds the designation of accredited senior appraiser (ASA) issued by the American Society of Appraisers.
