ChinPang Kou

Mr. Kou has in-depth knowledge of capital and equity markets. He specializes in solvency and fairness opinions with experience in various industries including healthcare, technology, food and beverages and manufacturing.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Kou was a manager at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong. During the time with Jones Lang LaSalle, he performed business valuations, purchase price allocations, and impairment analyses for financial reporting, M&A, and IPO purposes. He covered various industries including manufacturing, technology, and mining. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Kou was an assistant manager at Haitong International Securities in Hong Kong. He performed equity and forex research and contributed investment articles to newspaper and magazines.

Mr. Kou holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA). In addition, he earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Hong Kong.
