Mr. Rucker specializes in solvency and fairness opinions. Much of his work has been concentrated in technology and high growth industries.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Rucker headed Rucker Capital Partners, LLC. He also served as vice president of investment banking – global power at Salomon Smith Barney Holdings, Inc., in New York.

Mr. Rucker holds a master’s degree in finance from New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Augusta State University in Augusta, Georgia. In addition, he earned his juris doctor from New York University School of Law.
