Audrey Wellesley

Ms. Wellesley has nearly ten years of experience in the valuation of commercial real estate for lending, litigation, ad valorem tax disputes, financial reporting, condemnation, insurable value, market rent studies, feasibility studies, purchase price allocation, and internal planning purposes. Ms. Wellesley values various property interests on both a national and international level and has valued real property in all major markets throughout the United States. Ms. Wellesley specializes in the valuation of leasehold interests and user-based, real property. She has significant experience in valuing retail, multifamily, industrial, office, medical office, student-housing, and various sectors including hospitality, research and development facilities, gas stations, fast food, restaurants, supermarkets, fitness centers, funeral homes, religious facilities, billboards, schools, car washes, shopping centers, hospitals, and more.

Prior to VRC, Ms. Wellesley was a senior associate at in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll and a commercial real estate analyst at Valbridge Property Advisors.

She earned her bachelor’s in business administration from University of Missouri – Kansas City and is a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute.
