Anshumita Agrawal

Ms. Agrawal specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment analyses and intellectual property valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to VRC, Ms. Agrawal was assistant vice president at Management Planning Inc. and senior associate at Sigma Valuation Consulting, where she provided valuation opinions for estate and gift tax planning, litigation support and financial reporting.

Ms. Agrawal received her MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and bachelor’s of commerce degree in accounting and taxation from Shri Ram College of Commerce in New Delhi, India. She also holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA).
