Andrew Miller

Mr. Miller is a member of the portfolio valuation group specializing in valuations of illiquid securities throughout the capital structure (both debt and equity) for financial reporting and tax purposes.

Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Miller held positions with Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, RSM US LLP, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Miller received his bachelor of science in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from The College of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Miller holds the designation of chartered financial analyst (CFA).
