Alex Clark

Mr. Clark specializes in valuations of portfolios of privately-held securities primarily for financial reporting purposes.

Prior to VRC, he held positions at KPMG, Marcum LLP, and Slone Automotive Group. Most recently, he provided a wide range of advisory services for attorneys and clients on complex issues, including business valuations, forensic accounting, litigation support, shareholder disputes, business dissolution, cash flow analysis, economic damages, and lost earnings.

Mr. Clark received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from La Salle University. In addition, he holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
