Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading provider of independent valuation services, is pleased to announce Daniela Yoder, senior vice president of VRC, will present at the second annual Startup Week Cincinnati, to be held October 8-12 at venues across Cincinnati, including Union Hall in Cincinnati’s historic Over the Rhine neighborhood. Yoder will address valuation basics and insights.
Startup Week is a five-day celebration of Cincinnati’s local community. The conference will build momentum and opportunity around entrepreneurship, led by entrepreneurs and hosted in the entrepreneurial spaces most significant to the city. Startup Week is a reflection of the local entrepreneurial mover and shakers’ hard work and the community’s unique entrepreneurial identity.
Yoder will present at a funding breakout session titled “Valuation: Solving the Startup Riddle” on October 11 at 12:00 p.m. at Union Hall. She was also a presenter at last year’s conference.
Very active in the Cincinnati startup scene, Yoder specializes in financial valuation and consulting assignments and has considerable experience serving clients in a variety of industries, including companies that have been newly backed by venture capital and private equity investments for mergers and acquisitions and employee stock option plans. Ms. Yoder holds the designation of accredited senior appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers. Before joining VRC and gathering extensive professional experience in the industry, she earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
