Valuation Research Group, or VRG, was established a little over 20 years ago when we identified a strong need to have a global presence.

Valuation Research Group provides independent valuation and appraisal services around the world.

We wanted to create an international group of valuation firms that we could depend on, and firms that shared our common goals and objectives when executing work for clients.

We have a global reach with offices throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.

VRG is not a membership group with a name in a book. Instead, they are valuation firms whose executives and senior management treat our clients as their own.

With more than 750 professionals in over 40 offices around the world…VRG has an established reputation for providing expert and independent opinions for a variety of tax, financial reporting, and management planning requirements.

All of our engagements are managed by a single point of contact…and are executed by local professionals.

We have executed international engagements for some of the largest corporations in the world.

Our client list includes Global 100 companies…portfolio companies and private equity firms…large global banks, hedge funds…pension funds and other investors.

Our primary services are the valuation of business and corporate entities…their intellectual property and intangible assets, and the appraisal of real property, machinery, and equipment.

We serve multinational and local businesses and have an intimate knowledge of local economies, languages, and cultures…as well as legal requirements and accounting guidelines.

VRG is a group that has frequent communications amongst members. We discuss country-specific accounting, tax and valuation regulations. In addition, the local political and economic environments of our respective countries.
