New York, NY (August 31, 2022) – Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, announced that Managing Director Paul Balynsky will speak at the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Philadelphia Chapter Business Valuation Virtual Conference on September 22.
During his presentation, titled “Valuation Considerations During Periods of Vast Economic Uncertainty,” Balynsky will cover the tricky situations valuation analysts encountered during the pandemic—and ensuing current period of inflation—and the strategies they used to arrive at reasonable indications.
According to the organizers, the pandemic and current inflationary pressures have been more challenging than typical economic cycles for valuation professionals. Although they are used to dealing with highly variable inputs, analysts performing valuations with measurement dates during periods of vast economic uncertainty such as these face particularly complex circumstances.
Balynsky’s talk starts at 2:40pm EDT. More information, including registration, can be found here.
