VRC Welcomes Senior Professionals, Over a Dozen Associates & Analysts, to Offices Nationwide
New York (May 17, 2022) – Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, announced the recent addition of four senior executives and an additional 14 hires in the junior ranks, reflecting continued growth in its business.
John Swiatkowski joins VRC as senior vice president in the Boston office. Previously he was senior manager at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics. He led the firm’s efforts around investment manager valuations, ranging from purchase price allocations for financial reporting to the valuation of privately held alternative asset managers and carried interest stakes for estate and gift tax planning. Swiatkowski holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross.
Joseph Hirsh, former director of business development and client relations at Globalview Advisors Valuations, joins VRC as vice president-business development in Los Angeles. He received his bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Westmont College. Hirsch is a board and executive committee member for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Orange County.
Tyler Stone joins as vice president in the VRC San Francisco office. Prior to joining VRC, Stone was a valuation associate at Stout Risius Ross and senior associate at Vantage Point Advisors. Prior to these roles, he was vice president at Stadium Capital Management, an investment manager operating a concentrated, public equities portfolio. Stone has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Oregon.
Yury Govorov joins the VRC Princeton office as vice president. Previously, Govorov was the consulting and deals director at PwC Canada. Govorov received a master’s degree in economics and management from the National University of Science and Technology.
The new senior executives are joined by senior associates, associates, analysts, specialists, and assistants in VRC offices across the country.
