New York (September 13, 2021) – Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, announced the hire of Jeffrey Parrish as vice president. Parrish will be contributing his expertise to the Financial Reporting Group, working alongside industry veteran Bryson Miller, who joined VRC this summer to lead VRC’s Texas practice.
“Adding Jeffrey’s robust talent to our team has been a huge win for VRC overall, but especially for our Dallas office as we continue ramping up in the booming Texas market,” said VRC Co-CEO Justin Johnson.
Parrish joins VRC from Ernst & Young where he served as a senior valuation analyst. He has provided valuations for M&A transactions, tax advisory, and financial reporting needs for private and public companies, and has experience leading valuation engagements related to global restructuring.
“I’m grateful to have someone of Jeffery’s caliber joining our team and I look forward to working with him to serve our fast-growing client base. Serving Texas is our highest priority and Jeffrey is well positioned to accelerate our capabilities in the market,” said Miller.
Parrish earned his MBA in finance at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Arizona.
