New York (September 15, 2021) – Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading global provider of independent valuation support and advisory services, announced the recruitment of property valuation professional Connor Barrett as vice president, real estate. Based in the New York office, Barrett will be applying his real property valuation expertise across various commercial property types and markets.

Prior to joining VRC, Barrett worked on KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services team. He began his professional career as a brokerage associate at Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC. He specializes in real property valuation for purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, fresh start accounting, consulting, tax appeal, and appraisal review. Barrett also has a background in international property markets.
Barrett acquired his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a commercial real estate concentration from College of Charleston.
