Pablo Alfaro, CFA – Alfaro joined VRC’s New York office as a senior vice president specializing in complex securities. Before VRC, he was with BDO USA, Deloitte, and Finnerty. Pablo received a master of business administration from New York University, a juris doctor from Columbia University School of Law, a master of science in economics from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor of arts in economics from Swarthmore College.
Leon Li, CFA – Li joined VRC’s San Francisco office as a senior vice president specializing in complex securities. Prior to VRC, he was a vice president at Duff & Phelps. Leon received a master’s degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Beihang University.
Paul Nyland – Nyland joined VRC’s Milwaukee office as a vice president in the real estate group. Prior to VRC, he held the positions of managing director/chief appraiser with Wisconsin Appraisal Group and senior associate with Duff and Phelps. Paul received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Matthew Colligan, CFA – Colligan joined VRC’s Princeton office as an associate in the portfolio valuation group. Prior to VRC, he was a senior analyst at Analysis Group. He received a bachelor of science in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Nathan Fineman, ASA – Fineman joined VRC’s Chicago office as an associate where he specializes in the valuation of business enterprises and intangible assets for purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment studies as well as fairness and solvency opinions. Prior to VRC, he was with Newmark Knight Frank and Duff & Phelps. Nathan received a bachelor of arts in economics and political science with a business management certificate from Indiana University.
Alex Caligiuri – Caligiuri joined VRC’s Princeton office as an analyst in the portfolio valuation group. Prior to VRC, he interned with Lincoln Financial Group and GoldOller Real Estate Investments. He received a master of science in financial analysis and quantitative risk management from Temple University. He is a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Brandon Chew – Chew joined VRC’s San Francisco office as an analyst where he specializes in business enterprise valuations and intangible-asset valuations. Prior to VRC, Brandon was a transfer pricing analyst at Duff & Phelps. Brandon received his bachelor of science in business administration from Creighton University. He is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Tyler Peltz – Peltz joined VRC’s Princeton office as an analyst in the portfolio valuation group. Prior to VRC, he was an analyst at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. He received a bachelor of science in business administration from LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. He is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
