VRC Adds Professionals in San Francisco, Milwaukee

Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading provider of independent valuation support, welcomed a new Senior Vice President of Real Estate and a Marketing & Communications Manager in Milwaukee, as well as a new Associate and Analyst in San Francisco.

“Ryan, Tailor, Faranak, and Charlie each bring a unique set of skills and varied backgrounds that will enrich our company,” said Justin Johnson, Co-CEO and Senior Managing Director of VRC. “We’re delighted to welcome these four professionals to the VRC team.”

Ryan J. Werkheiser – Werkheiser joins as Senior Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to VRC, he was Manager and Vice President for American Appraisal Associates, Inc./Duff & Phelps LLC. A Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Werkheiser studied Structural Engineering with an emphasis on Technical Communications at Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Tailor Tanner – Tanner joined VRC’s San Francisco office as an Associate. She is a 2016 graduate of Brigham Young University Marriot School of Management, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to joining VRC, she gained industry experience at Duff & Phelps as a Valuation Services Senior Associate.

Faranak Motamedi – Motamedi joined VRC’s San Francisco office as an Analyst. Before joining VRC, she worked as a Financial Analyst/Controller at Lockdowel in Fremont, CA. Motamedi also has extensive industry experience in Tehran, Iran. Holding a Bachelor of Financial Management and Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Tehran, she also holds a Financial Planning and Analysis Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension and a Master of Corporate Finance and Investment from Washington University’s Olin Business School.

Charlie Boris – Boris joined VRC as a Marketing & Communications Manager. Boris worked at STIR Advertising as Senior Account Executive in Milwaukee before joining VRC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Viterbo University and has completed additional coursework through an online program at John Hopkins University in Data Science and R Programming
